Returns Policy

SHEREENA NOELLE does not offer Refunds. All purchases are final sales due to hygiene reasons. You are entitled to a replacement if you have received a faulty garment. If a replacement is not available, you are entitled to a full refund. All items are thoroughly inspected before being sent out to customers to ensure a high level of quality in the garments you purchase from us. 

Please keep in mind, that loose threads and exposed embellishments are not considered as a fault. This is part of the handcrafted process as all garments are made by hand and each garment is unique.

Please note that all faulty garments will be assessed accordingly & will not be accepted if the garment has been noticeably worn or soiled. Garments must be received in original condition - unworn, unwashed, with all tags still attached. Returned items not received in their original state will be automatically returned to the customer. Shereena Noelle reserves the right to reject a return if we conclude it is not in a new condition.

We do advise that any faulty garments that wish to be returned after 7 days (NZ CUSTOMERS) from the purchase date, will be denied acceptance. 

Please note that the goods are your responsibility until they are returned to Shereena Noelle.

There may be circumstances where we can accommodate an incorrect purchase where there is stock available and the garment has not been worn and is in new condition. You have 1 week from purchase date to get in touch. Email us at shereenanoelle@gmail.com.
