"Sport has always been a big part of my life. I have been a competitive swimmer for almost a decade, I train 9x per week in the pool and do three gym sessions. I've represented the Cook Islands at the 2018 Commonwealth Games and placed in several other major sporting events. The determination and perseverance i have learnt from sport is something I strive to display in all aspects of life and I believe that is what makes sport so special".

"Nutrition and exercise has always been something I have been interested in since I was young. One of the main reasons I decided to go into the field of nutrition was because NZ has one of the highest rates of obesity in the world, I think we are the 3rd most obese nation in the world, particularly in the Maori AND Pacific Island communities, which are close to me. I work for Claire Turnbull, and I also have my own Nutrition business in which I deal with clients on a one on one basis.
I’m so privileged to be a part of this brand so I can show every day girls that they can do anything they set their mind to. If you really want something, you will go out and do everything you can to achieve it".

"Wellbeing is essential for our busy loud lives. We must find a time to stop, breathe and listen to our bodies. Mind body practices such as gym training, yoga and Pilates allows me and anyone time to bring the mind body connection. We must learn to MAKE the time to keep ourselves mentally emotionally physically and spiritually well. Mental physical emotional and spiritual fitness is my top priority. I want to be able to best serve my clients so they too can find that balanced wellbeing. In order for me to do this I must be both disciplined and compassionate. These are not counter but rather complementary ways of being. I must inspire my clients through example".
